The Goldbergs

The Goldbergs: “Under The Radar”

“I started this album before the last one was even finished. I was experiencing some kind of musical momentum and I was on a roll. More importantly, I hooked up with the powerhouse rhythm section of Rich Pagano (Drums) & John Conte (Bass). It was a thrill playing with those guys and you can hear how their tones and performances elevated the album to the next level.”

Reviews

“Under The Radar sounds like the great solo album George Harrison never made, with 11 perfectly cut gem like songs full of compelling melodies, indelible hooks and buoyant harmonies”
- Seattle Powerpop (3/26/08)

“The Goldbergs made a huge impression on the power pop community back in 2006 with the release of the aptly named “Hooks, Lines & Sinkers”. A tough act to follow, but their latest effort will cause your jaw to drop to the floor once again.”
- Bill’s Music Forum (1/4/09)

“Nothing weak here and the balance between vocal and instrumental professionalism is perfect. This is easily on my best of 2008 list. Don’t miss it.”
- Powerpopaholic (2/24/08)

“Neither trendy nor flashy, the goldbergs will never be mistaken for the flavor of the month. They’ll have to seek solace in their collective genius.”
- Amplifier (3/20/08)

“Hearing a followup of this quality is quite gratifying.”
- Absolute Powerpop (3/19/08)
